Hope Fox Danoff - Founder and CEO
Hope has been dedicated to advocating for individuals facing mental illness, addiction, and homelessness throughout her life, turning challenges into meaningful change. Her work began in college, teaching art, dance, and drama to individuals with disabilities, mental illness, and alcoholism while also providing counseling. She later worked in Seattle with incarcerated men and those struggling with addiction before moving to Boston as a job developer for people with mental illness and substance use disorders. Her commitment is deeply personal. As the mother of a son with severe mental illness, she has navigated the system firsthand, gaining invaluable insight and deepening her passion for supporting those in need. In 2025, Hope was appointed to the Opioid Settlement Funds Review Committee in Montgomery County. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid, equipping her to assist those in crisis with empathy and care.
Bob Salerno - Vice President
Bob has been a successful business owner and leader for many years. He serves as a supervisor for the Abington Police Department and has spent the past 24 years overseeing the Police Athletic League and Community Service Program. In recent years, he has also been actively involved with Angels in Motion, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with substance abuse.
Bob’s commitment to community service has been recognized through multiple honors. These include the Golden Heart Award, the President’s Volunteer Service Award, a Certificate of Recognition from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, and a Certificate of Commendation from Montgomery County for his work with Citizens That Care. He has also received recognition from the NAACP for his service and dedication to the development of young people in the community, particularly through the PAL program.
David Warner - Treasurer
Experienced Certified Public Accountant with a demonstrated history of providing professional advice and services to businesses and individuals in the accounting, consulting and tax industry. Skilled in Tax Minimization Strategies, Buy-Sell Negotiation, Estates and Trusts, Corporation, Partnership/LLC, Trusts and Individual Tax Preparation, Business Planning and Succession, and Accounting Related Services. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in Accountancy from Villanova University.
Paul Smith - Advisor
Paul Smith is chairman of Calconix Inc. and continues in a consulting role. He founded the company in 1976 after a 10 year career in electronic packaging. The company remains under the guidance of his oldest son, Christopher Smith. He is married to Carol Anne Nye Smith for over 55 years.

Tom Sally - VFW District 16 Commander & Air Force Veteran
Thomas Sally served proudly in the United States Air Force for 21 years. He is a veteran of Operation Just Cause, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom as well as many deployments and military actions around the globe. He is currently the Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars District 16. District 16 encompasses all 14 VFW Posts in Montgomery County Pa.
The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States is a nonprofit veterans service organization made up of eligible veterans and military families.
Their roots trace back to 1899 when veterans of the Spanish-American War (1898) and the Philippine Insurrection (1899-1902) founded local organizations to secure rights and benefits for their service. Many arrived home wounded or sick. There was no medical care or veterans' pension for them, and they were left to care for themselves. Today’s VFW has many programs and services that work to support veterans and their families, as well as their communities. He always says No One Does More For Veterans than the VFW, and they show it everyday.
Rachel Ford, LCSW - Clinical Case Manager
Rachel has been a Clinical Case Manager at Belmont Behavioral Hospital for the past four years where she works primarily with individuals with psychotic disorders. She is a licensed clinical social worker with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Masters’ in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to working at Belmont, Rachel worked in inpatient substance use and eating disorder facilities for 7 years. She is passionate about severe mental health challenges and pays particular attention to its impact on the family system. Rachel has a small private practice where she works primarily with clients who identify as part of the LGBT community.
Steve Killelea - Founder - Manor of Hope
Steve is the Founder of Manor of Hope, a world-class, Long-Term Addiction Treatment and Support Program. He has a passion for enhancing the quality of life for young men battling the disease of addiction. He is committed to creating a world-class program that will change current views on what effective addiction recovery programs look like in the U.S. His finely honed business skills combined with his interpersonal skills and ability to build and lead a team make him uniquely qualified to do exactly that at the Manor of Hope.
